Andy Kershaw’s contributions to dance culture and community over the years are numerous. Sometimes label manager, sometimes promoter, always a DJ, he has been on a larger radar as of late. He is a co-founder of two notable San Francisco record labels, 3AM Devices and As You Like It Recordings. His journey has taken him from the 90s rave scene of New England, through a decade in San Francisco, and now landing in Vermont. Next on his agenda is forthcoming solo label project “No Fun Intended” as well as long-overdue original productions and remixes. No Fun Intended intends to be a Burlington-centered voice in dance music, releasing music from Vermont artists and Montreal artists, as well as expanding to all of New England and Quebec province
